Welcome to Mindful Escapades. By using mindful-escapades.com(the "Site") or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Mindful Escapades Offers

Mindful Escapades is a spiritual reflection platform offering daily angel number cards, a media gallery, written guidance, and related content. Some features are available only to subscribers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hiki111@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are offered at $5.00 USD per week or $20.00 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account profile; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Refund Policy: Because subscriptions deliver immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at the email above and we'll review in good faith.

4. Content Disclaimer

All content on Mindful Escapades is provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and educational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended as, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or spiritual-counseling advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, legal standing, or wellbeing. You use the content at your own discretion and risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape Site content without written permission.
• Attempt to access another user's account or our backend systems.
• Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, writing, card interpretations, and design elements on the Site are the property of Mindful Escapades and its creator unless otherwise noted. You may view content for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful Escapades and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
